How does it work:

The four steps of making your dream bathroom :

Consultation

During the first meeting, we set the following:

  • The design
  • Source of materials
  • The price
  • The dates
  • The contract

Materials

Next step is ordering the materials needed for your bathroom and make sure they will be delivered by starting date. Before we start the actual  work, all items will be verified for quality or faults.

Renovation

The actual part of bathroom renovation starts with removal, replacement of pipes, cables and wall. Tiling and fixtures refitted. Sealing and final clean up.

Warranty

Once the bathroom is ready to use, the owner tests that everything works properly, makes the final payment and receives the warranty and invoice.

How much does it cost to renovate a bathroom ?

For a standard small bathroom with a basic refit (keeping all fixtures in the same spots),

the labour cost is roughly €3,500. This figure is for labour only – it doesn’t include materials like tiles or fittings.

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

A basic bathroom makeover typically takes about five working days. If it’s a bigger job or a full remodel (changing the layout or doing underfloor work), it can stretch to around 8 or more days.

Do you handle all the work (plumbing, electrical, tiling)?

Yes – we handle everything. We take care of all the trades involved: removing the old bathroom, plastering, carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and any necessary electrical work. Our small team covers it all, so you won’t have to juggle multiple contractors.

How do you ensure my new bathroom complies with Irish building regulations?

We make sure everything we do is up to code with Irish regulations. All our plumbing and electrical work follows the current standards – for example, any electrical hookups will be done by a certified electrician. In short, we won’t do anything that doesn’t comply with building regulations, so your bathroom will meet all the required safety and quality standards.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes, we stand over our work. Our standard warranty is 30 days on all plumbing workmanship, which covers you in case any leaks or issues pop up soon after the renovation. We also offer an extended warranty of up to one year on our work if you’d like extra peace of mind.

Do you handle waste disposal and cleanup?

Yes, absolutely. We include full cleanup in our service – we won’t leave you with a mess. All the old tiles, fixtures, and debris will be collected and removed by us. We usually organise a skip or a skip bag to take away the waste; the cost for that is based on how much rubbish there is, but we’ll let you know that upfront. Rest assured, we’ll tidy everything up so you can enjoy your new bathroom without having to worry about the cleanup.

How do I get a quote?

The simplest way is to start with a quick video call (for example, via WhatsApp) while you’re at home. That way, you can show us your bathroom and tell us what you have in mind. We’ll ask a few questions and get a feel for the project. From that chat, we can give you a rough quote. If you’re happy with the estimate, we’ll then arrange a follow-up in-person visit to take measurements and finalize a detailed quote.

Can we still use the toilet at night ?

Yes – we’ll make sure you have a usable toilet each night. We know many homes only have one bathroom, so we plan for that. At the end of each work day, we temporarily put the old toilet back (or provide an alternative solution) so your household isn’t left without a toilet overnight.

Do you require a deposit?

Normally, no deposit is required. We generally don’t ask for any payment up front – you pay when the work is completed and you’re happy. The only exception might be if we have to special-order some pricey materials or to lock in your booking dates, in which case a small deposit could be discussed. But under typical circumstances, you owe nothing until the job is done.

What happens if you discover a problem (e.g., damp, rotten floorboards) during the renovation?

If we discover a hidden issue (like dampness, mould, or rotten floorboards), we’ll inform you right away. We’ll explain what the problem is and what needs to be done to fix it. Then, with your go-ahead, we’ll take care of it as part of the renovation. There may be an extra charge for the additional work or materials, but we’ll be upfront about it – we don’t proceed with anything major without your approval. Unfortunately, some issues only come to light once we start, but rest assured we’ll handle them properly so your new bathroom is safe and sound.

A fraction of the work we do:

Main bathroom

Bathtub replaced with large shower tray, Large porcelain tiles 60×120 cm, large sink with floating vanity, modern toilet with hot/cold spray on the side, 120 cm LED mirror fitted later on, PVC ceiling with down lights. A lot of work on this one but clients are happy. 5200 euro for labour.

Dr. Malik

Bathroom refit

This one was basic refit. The only difference is that new toilet is built it and there was no towel radiator. Electric heating in the apartment, therefore the towel radiator is electric. Labour cost for this one was 3400 euro. Client dealt with materials, which was a pain since the shops are looking to make sales. Client paid around 4500 for materials. A professional could have got them for 3500 or less, but that’s done and dusted.

Mark K.

En-suite

Bathtub replaced with cabin shower, electric shower moved about 60 cm to the right to fit in the middle of the shower, LED mirror, vanity unit and basic modern toilet. All in was 6800 euro. The guy before me asked 9000.

Mary S.

Ground floor main

Shower tray instead of bathtub, kept toilet and piedestal basin since they were 6 months old, new towel radiator, PVC ceiling with spot lights, new electric shower. Had to raise shower tray since floor is concrete. All in was 7200 euro. The cowboys before me removed half of the tiles, got some money and toke off. Some people ….
